Hossein MoghissiArchitectural technologist & designer — Toronto
I work across architectural design, construction documents, project coordination and visualization, in Toronto and before that in Iran. The house on the right is Hachirood Villa, my design, now being built.

A three-storey villa with a roof terrace, pool and garden. I designed it and I'm managing the build: the frame and brickwork are up, and the sequence above shows where it's heading.

The ground floor opens onto the pool through full-height sliding doors.
A two-storey cottage set into a wooded lot north of Toronto. Dark textured stucco, natural stone and vertical wood slats keep it low-key against the forest, while large openings pull the trees inside.
My work covered existing and proposed site plans with setback and septic coordination, the full drawing set, and the visualization.
Two L-shaped, three-storey blocks wrap a shared courtyard: parking on the access road, a community garden, a playground and a sports court in the middle. Every unit gets a balcony, and the roofs carry solar panels.
The two buildings frame the courtyard and open toward the street.
Glazed entry atrium, balconies on every unit and a shared garden.
White panels, a dark frame and timber-clad base, with an external stair at each end.
